Fantastic, after suffering with a complaint for 2 years with 2 previous doctors my partner was finally given a prescription that works and was referred to a specialist. Nice polite people and not crowded when I joined too.
apparently there is complete disregard for the care of elderly patients , beaten only by a total lack of care for the safety and well being of those same patients . if anyone would like to know more please feel free to email me .
Very poor surgery. Phonelines are awful, regularly have to call 250 times to get through, and when you do you sometimes and up on hold for 25 minutes, several times they don't realise someone is on hold and have walked in to the surgery previously still on hold and they tried to deny anyone was waiting on the line until I showed them my phone. The Practice Manager doesn't call patients back despite promising to after calling every day for 2 weeks. Whilst a couple of the Receptionists are nice, others are abrupt and rude. Oh, and they don't call to update about simple things, for example a very important prescription being rejected despite being told it would be done and to go in to collect.
Awful surgery. Complacent with prescriptions and medications. Very unreliable and receptionists given too much say regarding matters they know nothing about.
If you can predict you will be ill in a fortnights time and book your appointment in advance of being ill, you may stand a chance of getting seen. Otherwise you have no hope. Not open weekends or evenings so if you work, you're out of luck.Overall a very poorly run practice in my opinion.
