Good doctors and easy check-in system in place. I've tried calling them to book an appointment for 28 times on a day but didn't get my appointment. Ended up going to the practice directly to book the appointment on following day. Once they fix their appointment system, this will be a good GP in the area.
I am very disappointed with this medical practice, about 6 months ago the doctor was suppose to refer me to a podiatrist for my bad foot, the doctor did not make the referral, I'm really disappointed and never recommending this medicine practice to anyone very appuling. Im glad I left and moved to a better doctor surgery.
Why the bad reviews. This place is the best I have known.
Went into the doctors this morning ,and got an appointment at 08:50, so i went in ,signed myself in with the new computer ,very easy told me i was signed in and where to go,(not Literally ) went up stairs sat down , waited about 3 minutes and was called in and out, Fantastic , i do know in the past there was some problems , but well done to all at the surgery fantastic improvement ,this will hopefully take some of the stress of the ladies at the front desk , which i am sure can do ,again well done to all .
I find the phoning to make appointment service rubbish because if you ring and don't get through you could be ringing for an hour and someone else will come along and ring, get through and get an appointment! There should be a call queue option I'd rather wait in a call queue than get a drone noise when I try calling. Then you still are unlikely to get an appointment but you might if you're lucky. The receptionists are lovely, I find them really nice and friendly and are obviously pressured and stressed but don't show it. The doctors however could do with more training!
