Beware of this seller, I was lied to and ripped off on my purchase of a Jaguar XJ from Lyall Hazard in 2015. I still have the full email chain between us if anyone wants verification. (quick summary: Car was supposed to be MOT'd and serviced before delivery but i had to spend 1400 on tyres and brake pads and which would have been picked up by MOT - it then took 2 months for him to send me the MOT paperwork which looked suspect..... then the car had constant issues for the next year and i eventually part exchanged it and most any garage would offer me was 13K when it was purchased a year earlier for 25K ! I didn't know about these google reviews until recently but i remember this experience well and have it all documented in email. I thought I should share my horrible stressful experience so others can avoid this in future.27/11/2018: I have just seen Lyalls answer! I urge anyone considering to buy from him to contact me first, to see our email chain. I'm sure after anyone who looks at our correspondence will understand what a dirty conman salesman he is - He really lives up to the typical stereotyped dodgy car salesman to the tee!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Lyall and the team at SVMC for the outstanding customer service given to both myself and my wife over the past week.Although we have yet to finalise a purchase, Lyall has been more than patient with us by way of providing us with several test drives in our particular vehicles of interest (most of which were carried out with my wife from the comfort of our home whilst I was out of the country). If anyone knows how to service someones wife properly, its Lyall. Nothing is too much trouble. However I am saddened to read the previous review regarding the telephone not being answered?? This I feel is unjustified and must be a mistake or a random trolling online person trying to make trouble as Lyall was more than happy to take my wifes telephone calls as late as 10pm most nights to answer various questions she had. Nothing was ever too much trouble!!! First Class service and with a great smile!!! Thank you Lyall and we hope to conclude business with you soon!!! Christian
