I left 100 deposit over the phone on the car being abit tatty were the words they used which was ok as car had high miles. But i asked if the car needed anything mechanically was told no it drives ok. Needed ABS pump and only discovered on a test drive coming to the end of the road and car barely stopped and had bad vibrations inwhich I was assured were the snow tyres, front windscreen was covered in very bad scratches which Darren said his collegue done that morning due to the frost? Fans did not work but he got a diagnostics on car, to then discover the vibrations were the crank shaft needing replacement, on top of their misdescriptions Darren was only offering to refund 50 of my deposit. After renegotiating the car while i had left without buying it he then sold it to his friend, what a waste of my time and money. I buy cars for a living and have rarely come across people with no consideration for anyone but themselves. Careless, inconsiderate and dishonest people. Did get my deposit though after a few more calls and texts. Wish I had read the reviews before going...

Have used complete car sales for many years and had some great cars from them. Always realable so we always go back. Last purchase was our Range Rover evoque which I absolutely loved, couldnt fault it fabulous car!!!!
STAY AWAY!!! Darren...best con man around, bought a car from this guy however he lied, said it had 2 owners inc himself, turns out im the 4th, car had a dodgy MOT ( darren said its not his garage that did mot, passing the blame on), Cracked Alloys, Oil Leak ( he had washed engine to cover it up) car had been involved an accident ( did not disclose when i asked),electrical fault. Cost me in excess of 2000 to fix considering i paid nearly 14,000 for the car. I have proof of all these faults and issues. Darren in response to you, you knowingly sold me a car not fit for the roads, I had repaired it which cost me an arm and a leg. I have proof if anyone messages me about how much of a liar this Darren is and how bad the car was. I came and saw the car once, then came next time to pick it up NOT to inspect it again. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT being a LAIR ABOUT BEING THE 2nd OWNER? Address no issues about your dodgy tactics, but try and dig at others. I spoke to Trading Standards, seem like you've had a lot of complaints.
Great guys, frequently go here when looking for a newer car. Cheaper than other dealers around here and have great after sales service too. Also helped me get repairs done cheap after a minor accident.
