Extremely disappointed. First use of this garage. Advised car would be ready at a specific time. Blatantly lied as told was being washed etc. And then saw it on a road test. Currently now 45 minutes late to collect my autistic daughter from school and still am waiting. Update. Nearly an hour late for my son and daughter. Didn't check or advise on noisy fron suspension as asked. Given some story that it needed more investigation. Seeing as it's a Nissan the technicians are obviously not to good.
Fantastic service especially from mac. Nothing was too much trouble and no questions too silly. He is very polite, well informed and knowledgeable. He made me feel valued as a customer and took great care over our needs for a new car. We love the car and are safe in the knowledge that the after sales service will continue to be excellent. I really enjoy shopping at dumpton Park. The staff are always friendly and approachable. Every time I have visited I am greeted and seen to straight away. I always take my car back for any work or services and never have any issues booking in or collecting when agreed. I think the staff are doing a fantastic job and I will certainly be returning for my next car!
