Booked a month earlier. When I arrived in Broadstairs after a four hour journey one of the removal men refused to empty the van after I paid him the money. One started to help. After 30mins he had to leave because of the other person so Was left on a Saturday evening with a van full of boxes but no help. I feel this was unacceptable. Got 50% if money back but a single lady and a van full of her possessions four floors away from the apartment was not a good start to a new life. Sorry to say that would never use again.
