Booked this for Christmas night (at an excellent price) and I was pleasantly surprised. Fabulous welcome to the hotel and rooms good. Also like the floor security - ie room key/card gives access only to room and relevant floor. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast substantial (everything covered) and served in a lovely room overlooking the bay. Will be back and great for a weekend break! Staff friendly and nothing too much bother - enjoy the views, walks and sea air when you go!!!

I can't compliment this hotel enough. For a lady staying on my own I was afford perfect consideration with a friendly face for the whole of my 4 nights stay. The food was excellent and Christmas meal was a delight. I am going to try to come back in the summer. Thankyou all so very much and have a happy new year.
Fantastic location with super views over the bay. Rooms are not plush, but nice and functional for the price. Will definitely go back
Many changes here. Outside space improved to enjoy the fabulous view of Pegwell Bay. Very much London priced and a little piss elegant. Downstairs is best and great if you have kids. Wonderful area for them and tucked away to the side. Very safe area.
