Stayed here when having our boat repaired in Ramsgate,winter 2018.For a chain hotel this place is excellent.Very quiet room & location although the place was very busy,nice room better than a few PI,s we have stayed in.Pub and restaurant on site was actually very enjoyable,helpful staff with good service.Thank you to all the staff.
Popped in for a drink and a chat with a friend. Prices are reasonable for a pint, service was quick with helpful friendly staff.

I struggle with this review as we had mixed feelings. Pretty location and quiet except for the odd party going guest!!! Only rarely encountered!Good restaurant/ bar attached. Reasonable prices, good choices and good atmosphere.Comfortable beds though bathrooms have been lower cleaning standards than we would have liked. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Carpark large. Some 5.8 miles from Ramsgate so hard to enjoy an evening out if drinking, but we came back to the hotel bar after our meal out.Breakfast is good and lovely atmosphere.
Only visited the restaurant but it was comfortable, welcoming and warm. Staff were attentive and smart. Menu was quite expansive and the food we had was innovative and really tasty
