Always found the reception staff polite and as helpful as they can be. Have only ever seen Dr Ackol great doctor
For a very busy Surgery I have not found any problems yes the look is very sub par, but the service I receive is brilliant
Thier customer service skills are awful never picks up the phone and when you do get though to them they hang up so you cant book an appointment
We changed from this surgery a few years ago because the doctor or locum at the time was not thorough enough in his examination and we needed to seek a 2nd opinion.
Made appointment for today 08 august 2016 for the nurse at 2.20pm went up this appointment didnt excist
