Excellent staff and always very friendly. A number of highly skilled mechanics in the workshops are always happy to help and offer advice on my vehicles. Totally useless! Took my wifes Land Rover down with a loud noise coming from the engine bay. Instead of diagnosing the problem by taking a proper look I was advised that they didn't like the sound of it and were too frightened to investigate further for fear of damaging the engine! Has since been diagnosed as a simple crankshaft pulley failure by a garage that knows what it's doing. Avoid them if you can. The manager Kevin is a fool!
