Have never done camping in there it does get very busy during the summer loads of tents & caravans etc, we went there for the very steep hillside when it snowed last. Can get some speed sliding down there & always good for a laugh!
This was our second year at site. Going back next year. Mark and Emma a pleasure to know.
Tidy campsite, 15 minute walk to the harbour,which is a must.
Nice little campsite. Just outside Ramsgate, reasonably easy to walk in to the harbour and town centre.
A small campsite with really good amenities; communal fridge/freezer to store food and refreeze ice blocks, mobile charging point, washing machine, tumble dryer and seperate sinks for hand and dirty dish washing and a vending machine. Plenty of information available for things to do locally and the location is within easy access to Broadstairs and Ramsgate (cycling or walking). On the downside the owners are a bit over fussy with regards to space allowance, use of windbreaks (prior permission required!) and where to park your vehicle. Point to note, as it's close to the sea and a main road so the noise of seagulls and vehicles can be a little annoying. On the whole this is a good little campsite.
