Great place, level pitches, friendly staff. Toilet block a little dated but all in all excellent value for money

Just our luck to arrive on Friday, with a night of torrential rain and thunderstorms. The Toilet block is a little dated, but otherwise fine, 4 showers in the Ladies section and didn't seem busy at all. A couple of toilets out of order/not flushing. A good base, would come back

We come here every year, very affordable, close to Beach's and the town of broad stairs. Super tidy and lovely people running the park. Very quiet and relaxing.
