We have been boarding our cat here regularly over the last 10 years and she is always wrll looked after.
First time used as an emergency but never ever again. The attitude of the owners raises concerns! what happens behind closed doors to our beloved felines.
Id done some research online for local catteries and decided this was the one I would book our new cat in for a trial few days.I had looked through the website and explained to my mum why I thought this was the one despite it being slightly more expensive than others. Unfortunately the phone call put me off entirely.The lady I had the misfortune of speaking with had one of the rudest telephone manners Ive experienced for a long time. She was short, sarcastic and couldnt have been more disinterested in my enquiry.I was shocked and bitterly disappointed. After reading the other very positive reviews on google I was left feeling it must have been my fault to have been spoken to in this unpleasant manner.I hope others who call to enquire are not spoken to the way I was. It made me question how my cat would be cared for if this is how prospective customers are spoken to.
Amanda and Mike are such lovely owners of this beautiful cattery. I am very protective over my cat but I trust them 100% and my cat actually loves being there! X
