Great place for all your craft needs. Good prices, but not enough staff on the shop floor! I needed help to find something but couldn't find anyone.
Has a good selection of craft items. Well laid out with each section themed to each craft such a needle work and artist supplies. Has two floors with stairs and lift access. Parking in the retail park can get busy.
Attended whilst looking for Christmas ideas with my daughter, whilst in the queue we were stood behind 2 lovely females who glanced over at us then continued their conversation, including all the expletives, lovely! Luckily for me, my daughter thought of something else to look for upstairs, however when we were there and required store assistance there was no one to be found so we rejoined the queue to pay, when I enquired where the staff upstairs were to the person serving, he told me they were here on the tills! All 3 tills... we paid, he didn't even ask me what I wanted help with.
I could spend a fortune in here! So many ideas and beautiful products for any type of craft from card making to cake decorating...you need the tools and inspiration, you'll find it in Hobbycraft. In my experience,the staff have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fabulous customer service
Great store with knowledgeable and experienced staff that are more than willing to help or advise where they can or find someone else who can help. Some great bargains to be had but some items are also very overpriced however you have a great range of well stocked products. Reasonably clean and tidy and well kept, could do with a bit of a clean in some areas and the worn out arty writing on the stairs carpet where worn look very untidy and unclean maybe either redo the writing or clean it off fully.
