Love this place although in need of some maintenance
This was my first ever spa as it was an Xmas gift. It should have included a champagne, it didn't. The staff did not give a very helpful outline of what was on offer considering I made a point of saying I had never been before. The facilities were enjoyable, but not something I would do again. The inclusive lunch was half hour late and consisted a stale role with processed ham and a little salad. Very disappointing

Went for the twilight spa deal and it was brilliant fantastic way to wind down with a friend. Brilliant facilities and was very quiet with only 1 or 2 other people but with the choices of sauna, jacuzzi etc we barely bumped into anyone and had each facility to ourselves. Would highly recommend if you wish to feel relaxed and pampered.
Had an Indian head massage and a couple of hours in the Spa. Nice and clean. Great staff. Lovely massage. Nearly fell asleep twice in the relaxation room. Recommended.
