Ambience is okayish.One small bottle of water costs 2.8 gbp.Service is ok.Ordered take-away,Shrimp fried rice and hot-sour soup were delicious and only cost 7.95 gbp.
Food was gorgeous and service was polite and fast. Priced really cheap for the all you can eat menu. The only tiny thing that puts it down were the toilets but thats not something that i care too much about.
Great Chinese restaurant with all you can eat buffet menu option. Food is delicious, one of the best Chinese in Thanet and the lady Jane that works there is lovely and very accommodating. Thanks for making it a great birthday celebration. Highly recommended.
We ate there this evening and the food here is amazing. Don't listen to any review stating otherwise. I've had much of what we English call Chinese food over the decades and can honestly say this is right up there with the best. Freshly cooked, flavoursome dishes, and a large variety of them - we chose from the "all you can eat" menu and must have had at least 15 dishes in all between three of us and we were all full at the end. Each time we ordered our food arrived piping hot and our plates were replaced with a clean, hot plate each onto which to serve our food. The service was attentive and polite with a smile, and the staff were happy to chat with us. The food hygiene rating is the top 5-star rating so what's not to like? Thanks all at Panorama for a lovely meal.
I went there with 2 friends and we chose the 'all you can eat' menu. The food was freshly cooked (the prawn toast was still sizzling and the seaweed was super crispy), of good quality, subtly flavoured and plentiful. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices good. Unfortunately it was quiet - such a shame as this place deserves many more customers. I will certainly eat here often.
