Brought two piece chicken meal the chicken smelled rotting but I'd already eaten half chicken ,rang and told them it was funny smelling to get told ,no one else complainted ,but I've been poorly today with my stomach,anyone else noticed this? As woman in Newington roads ,won't have it
Ordered here for nearly 2 years with no problems then yesterday ordered lunch at 2pm they brought everything but a burger and chips had 3-4 hairs on. I chucked it and thought it's a mistake I've never had problems before so I won't complain I then went back to my hot wings that were left in a bag finally when I get my appetite back and another 3 hairs I rang up yo be polite and say take more care and the man started going off on one saying I was lying cause it's took me 5 hours to call and then hung up! Won't ever put money in their pocket again.
Absolutely awful customer service don't show up on time of your food when it's wrong they will not correct it when it's their fault

I ordered spicy chicken wings and and 2 piece chicken meals. The wings were good but started on the pieces of chicken only to find out all of it was off! It's unbelievable that they didn't smell it before they cooked it. It smelt really bad, won't be ordering from here again. Going to order from La Chooza instead from now on.
