I have worked with Nikky for nearly two years and went to her with a goal that i wasn't sure was even achievable. I have competed 3 times in the last 18 months, and 6 weeks ago stepped on the the British Final stage with the UKBFF with 22 other beautiful women on my 3rd show ever. I never thought that was possible for me to achieve.I believe that every prep has its challenges and i have certainly had mine, but one thing that has given me strength and motivation is to have Nicky backing my corner. She has been a source of inspiration, motivation, and support. Her knowledge, understanding and experience in exercise, nutrition, and competition, is clearly evident. She has supported me and been there every step of the way and now I truly value our friendship. I respect and value her thoughts and opinions.She has provided me with a taylor-made, bespoke programme that is individual for how my body works and responds. She is a truly multi-talented lady that can also design and create the most beautiful bikinis that fit like a glove!!! I am forever thankful and appreciative to Nikky for restoring some faith and confidence in me personally and being ultimately an inspiration for the hard work and dedication that she provides to her athletes . Nikki is a amazing Personal Trainer, fantastic coach and a very knowledgable nutritionist! I have over the years had ALOT of personal Trainers and none have been as good as Nikky her wealth of knowledge on everything within fitness and nutrition is amazing! After year of attending different gyms and doing all kinds of workouts I decided in January this year to go to Nikki at Waugh Machine. I cannot thank this lady enough for her advice, encouragement and lifestyle changing advice. Ive lost a stone and a half and have abs I never knew where there. An amazing lady. Nikky doesn't just give you a list and let you get on with it. Nikky actually takes the time and effort to get to know you. Keeps in constant contact. Keeps you motivated. Keeps it real and managable. Nikky explains the science, if you're interested. If you want real results, (not a quick fix, fad diets and fake data), then Nikky is your lady!
Nikky is by far and away one of the most knowledgable, experienced and FRIENDLY coaches I have encountered in the fitness industry. Easy to get along with, nothing is ever too much trouble and committed to her athletes. 100% would recommend.
