Excellent communications. I ordered by phone from Scotland for the funeral in Thanet. The instructions were delivered exactly as we requested. We ordered the large anchor and the actual wreath was as shown in the photo on the web site ( if not better). York flowers have delivered and cannot be faulted. absolutely brilliant! We live in Dartford and ordered online for my grandads funeral in Margate. From the moment I messaged them regarding the fisherman flowers they replied very quickly and made note of the colours and even the glasses and grandad hat. we had it all sorted in such a short time and she made it so easy, the lady was amazing and very helpful! today we see the flowers for the first time and we were all blown away, it was absolutely amazing 100% recommend! my grandad would have loved them so thank you very much xxxx
