Very helpful staff. Managed to get some great children's vests etc at a good price. I also used the click and collect service and was very impressed.
Very "Shopper Friendly". Staff don't hassle or pressurize you, but if asked for help will do their best to solve any problems. They are all very friendly, and non-patronizing. A very easy store to go to have a good browse in .... even though it could result in your spending a "little" more than you may have intended .... especially in the Food Hall!!
Attended to exchange a Christmas gift for the right size. Which seemed to be an easy ask, as I'd found the correct size and had the receipts. Except the member of staff didn't seem to understand my request, despite my explanation 3 times, and proceeded to get a bit shirty with me.... lucky she stopped when she did... as I would not have tolerated anymore! Stars only given due to store having the product to exchange and a theoretically easy process, queue wasn't too bad.
As usual did our Christmas shopping at M & S wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff helpful and professional would rather shop here than Harrods which we used to do. Also purchased a beautiful cerise jacket at reasonable price which other friends did as well when they saw it.
Love this place. I've placed several orders online recently and collected in store. The staff have always been friendly,helpful and efficient with very little waiting time,even during busy periods. Would definitely recommend
