Today my sisters cat was hit by a car, she wqs away on holiday but drove back late this afternoon. Unfortunately the vets couldnt save him despite their best efforts...at 4.45pm i rang Treasured Friends Pet Crematorium who were incredible, from that very first phone call where i couldnt quite get my words out, so kind and understanding. They usually close at 6pm but were kind enough to wait for my sister to get home so we could take him over, a little over 3 hours later we were able to collect his ashes in a beautiful engraved urn and a lovely pawprint keepsake! Going above and beyond just doesnt seem to cut it. What they have done for us today is a little short of amazing. They made such a difficult day that little bit easier, i cant even find the words to say how amazing they were and how grateful i am to them! My heart breaks for anyone in this situation but theres no one else id ever recommend!
Thank you so much for returning our beloved frank to us so quickly he is home now ,the casket with the woodland and blue bells was lovely as we used to walk him in woods that had bluebells
