I find this place overpriced, the hairdresser never does what I ask and doesn't seem to understand basic instructions, then she goes ahead and does what she wanted to in the first place and not what I have asked for. This has happened several times now. The last time they cut the back of my hair wonky and I had to go back to have it corrected. The constant judgemental and opinionated ramblings of the owner are only broken up by her proclamations that they are "the best hairdressers in Ramsgate" every 15 minutes. These are London prices and its not even close to a London service. The girls are friendly enough but the actual hairdressing service is not up to scratch I'm afraid. its a rip off.
Lovely place, nice stylist and good service
I go here regularly and have always been so pleased with the result. In the high heat they were serving fruit, which I thought was a lovely touch. The staff really know what they're doing!
Never actually been in as get my hair cut at the barbers but when walking my dog they always have a bowl of water outside so dogs can have a drink. Kind and thoughtful to animals so champion in my book. Bella always looks out for her cold beverage during our walk. Many thanks obsessions :-)
I went for the first time today and was so so impressed! I was made to feel calm from the moment I walked in, all the staff were lovely and chatty; really made me feel at ease. Most importantly, the haircut was amazing and just what I wanted, big thank you to Lucie! Walked out feeling happy and confident.
